Hire Heroes USA Welcomes Chief Program Officer

Atlanta, GA – Hire Heroes USA, a national nonprofit dedicated to empowering veterans and military spouses to secure meaningful civilian careers, announced the appointment of Charlotte Creech as Chief Program Officer.

Charlotte brings decades of experience to Hire Heroes USA, having spent the last five years at USAA, where she led initiatives focused on innovation, technology integration, workforce efficiency, and personalized customer support. A military spouse to an Air Force veteran, Charlotte’s background includes not only her work at USAA but also years of leadership in the nonprofit sector. She has successfully managed programs focused on career support and education access for veterans and military families.

Charlotte’s appointment comes as Hire Heroes USA continues its growth and expansion, with the organization on track to surpass 100,000 hires in the coming months as part of its ongoing mission to place veterans and military spouses in meaningful employment.
