When will I receive access to my virtual booth?

Employers will receive access to their virtual booth approximately one month prior to the event. This allows ample time to customize your booth, upload materials, and prepare your team for a successful experience. If you’ve participated in a previous Virtual Career Fair, Radancy offers the option to duplicate your past booth setup, making it quick and seamless to get ready for the upcoming event.

How do I communicate with job seekers during the Virtual Career Fair?

You can engage directly with job seekers through text, video, or audio chat—giving your team the flexibility to connect in the way that works best for you and the candidate.

How long is each chat session with a job seeker?

Each initial chat session lasts 8 minutes, with the option to extend for an additional 10 minutes if more time is needed to continue the conversation.

If you registered with a general admission package (as opposed to a sponsorship or bundle), we highly recommend purchasing access to Booth Owner Reports. These reports provide valuable insights to help you maximize your participation, including:

  • Candidate registration information
  • Booth engagement metrics
  • Representative ratings
  • Downloadable data for effective follow-up

Booth Owner Reports can be added during your initial event registration, or you can request them afterward by emailing [email protected] —even after the event concludes.
